Angel Reiki (In person or via Zoom)

With stress comes pain and blockages in our body's natural self-healing mechanism. Unfortunately, stress is a natural part of life. Angel Reiki is a holistic method used for relaxation by balancing our energy centers called chakras for our spiritual, mental and physical well being. During the session, your Angel Reiki Practitioner will use a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy work and start removing any blockages. How do I do this? I work with God during this healing process and ask Him to allow His Angels to assist me in the work of balancing the body. Sessions are customized to your needs whether it be done in-person or through zoom. After your session you will feel relieved from stress, anxiety and a feeling of deep relaxation. There may also be a decrease of pain in the body.

Reiki is a spiritual practice so it is recommended to try at least 3 sessions to evaluate the benefits of the long term effects of this practice. Purchase this package in person at the office or online via Gift Certificate and save $35. 

In-person treatment: your Angel Reiki session will start with you in my office on a plush massage table fully clothed and adjustments are made to make sure that you are comfortable. 

Zoom Session: you do not need to be present. Energy transcends time and space and I will be able to connect with your energy to support healing and balance. Please make sure that your session will be in a place where you can relax, sitting or lying down and in a place where it is quiet. 

Crystal Therapy Chakra Balancing Session (In person or Zoom)

A crystal therapy session incorporates the Hibiscus Moon certified techniques to balance the chakras and leave the mind and body deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. You remain fully clothed and there is minimal contact while I place the crystals and stones on  your body. The goal is to help re-align energetic frequencies, remove emotional and energetic blocks while allowing for deep soul learning, healing and spiritual growth.

Massage & Angel Reiki (Best Value)

Enjoy a 60 min Therapeutic Massage with 30 minutes of Angel Reiki. This Angel Reiki Session will clear any chakras that may be blocked. After your session you will feel relieved from stress, anxiety and a feeling of deep relaxation. There will also be a decrease of pain in the body. 

Linger Longer Bundle: Massage & Reflexology 90 minutes

60 min Therapeutic Massage and 30 min Foot Reflexology. 

Spinal Raindrop Therapy

The Spinal Raindrop Technique uses non-invasive massage and a combination of therapeutic grade essential oils that are dropped along the spine like rain to alleviate symptoms of scoliosis, kyphosis, and other back ailments while strengthening the immune system. SRT produces deep relaxation and helps release stubborn emotions, relieves sore muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The essential oils work together  to attack viral and bacterial pathogens, reduce inflammation, curb digestive upset, and relive the body of joint discomfort. Due to the fact that SRT produces deep relaxation, it is suggested that you give yourself some time to relax after the session to get the full effect of the essential oil. 

Spa Foot Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

Paraffin wax is used at the beginning of the session on the feet to relieve sore aching feet and also moisturizes the feet. Paraffin wax is also good for arthritis. An exfoliator may be used on the feet as need.
